I purchased this based on a recommendation from my favourite YouTuber. It has a detoxifying effect and is said to improve bowel movements while helping to prevent dementia. However, as with many overseas supplements, the capsule size is rather large. Since it is a capsule, it cannot be halved, so if you're not adept at taking tablets, it may be wiser to buy a smaller quantity.
